We had a great Easter this year. We went to church in the morning, I did a little coupon shopping after and then we spent the afternoon around the house doing an Easter egg hunt, opening gifts the bunny brought and I cooked dinner.
I received this ham from Dixie Middle School at Christmas, but since we weren't in town we just put it in the freezer and didn't even really think about it again. Well, what better time to cook a ham than Easter?! I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was and it tasted so yummy! It is definitely something we will do again in the future.
