The first posting I saw was for a FREE Little Tikes Jungle Gym. Anyone who knows me knows that I am all about FREE. I debated for half a second and decided to call the post and see if the jungle gym could be taken apart to fit in our small-sized SUV. Of course, they said it could, but it would probably be a lot of work and it might even break because it was a little sun worn. I asked where they lived in Washington City thinking maybe that I could just drive slowly with my trunk open if it was close enough. Sure enough, the family lived in the neighborhood directly across the main road from us. The woman said since they were so close maybe her husband could just put it in the back of their pickup truck and bring it down to us. I said sure!
It was a little bit (ok, a BIG) ordeal to get the jungle gym in the backyard because it was wider than our gate, but with the help of the husband and his son the jungle gym found its way to our backyard and LD loves it.
We have to be careful with him out there on it because it is missing the bigger slide. There is a crack on the outer part of the tunnel (it can't be felt on the inside) and there are some leaves and tree debris that we are trying to get out of the cracks. Since it is plastic it does tend to get hot in the St. George sun so we've been waiting until later in the afternoon to play with it and we are also spraying it down with water (which dries quickly!).
Overall I'm so glad we got it because it definitely gives David something fun to do in the backyard.

It looks like he LOVES it!!!
Wow! That is a great find! I am jealous because I'm always on the lookout for outside stuff for cheap.
